## Querying This Documentation
This site has an agentic ask interface you may use to query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.basedbot.app/index.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

# Platform Fee's

What are the fees, how are they used etc.@

:robot: Fees on Based Bot

We charge a **1% fee on each transaction**. This fee helps support the team, RPC providers, servers, referral system, and overall development of the bot.

* **The fee is taken directly from the transaction** — no additional or hidden fees apply.
* **No transaction = no fee** — you’re only charged when you trade.

***

#### 💵 Earn with Fees

A portion of all platform fees are redistributed back to our users through two main reward programs:

1. **🤝 Referral System**: Allows you to **earn ETH** by inviting others to use Based Bot. You get a percentage of the fees from their trades.
2. **💸 Cashback System**: Lets you **get back a portion of your own trading fees**. The more you trade, the higher your cashback percentage.

These systems are designed to reward our active and loyal users. To learn more, check out our [Rewards Program](/welcome/rewards).

# Managing wallets

With Based Bot, you can have multiples wallets. This sections explains how to manage your wallets.

On your bot menu click on `💳 Wallet` or type `/wallet` to access the wallets section.

## ➕ How to add a New Wallet

By default, Based Bot provides you with one wallet. If you'd like to add a new one, simply click on the slot where you want to add the wallet (e.g., **Wallet 3** in the example below):

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-03b52488b7089488a82d1e60ca4b127596097bad%2Fimage%20(11).png?alt=media" alt="" width="360"><figcaption><p>Wallets manager interface (/wallet)</p></figcaption></figure>

If no wallet currently exists in that slot, you'll see options to either:

* **Create a new wallet** – Based Bot will generate a new wallet for you.
* **Import a wallet** – Use this option to import your own wallet by entering its private key.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Importing over an existing wallet:** If you import a wallet into a slot that already has one, the old wallet will be replaced. The bot will display the old wallet's private key right after the import so you can back it up. Make sure to save it before closing the message — once dismissed, the private key cannot be recovered.
{% endhint %}

***

## ✨ Set it as preferred Wallet

If you want this new wallet to be used for your trades, you'll need to set it as your **preferred wallet**.

To do that:

1. Click on **Settings**, or type `/settings` in the chat.
2. Look for the **Preferred Wallet** section.
3. Select your desired wallet (e.g., W3).

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-90de2d774ced4cf776ec6c2d885fa7ae0546670a%2Fimage%20(10).png?alt=media" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Settings menu (/settings)</p></figcaption></figure>

In the screenshot, **W3** is marked as the preferred wallet, which means it will be used by default for your next trade.

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Never share your private key with anyone**. No one should ever ask you for this information, including the BasedBot or Apedotstore teams. So, be careful and stay vigilant.
{% endhint %}

## 🏷️ Name your wallets (labels)

You can give each wallet a custom name so it's easier to identify than W1, W2, W3…

To set one:

1. Open `💳 Wallet` (or type `/wallet`) and select the wallet you want to name.
2. Click the **🏷️ Label** button and reply with the name you want.
3. Once a label is set, the same button shows your label (click it again to rename), and the **❌** button next to it removes it.

Your label replaces the `W1` / `W2` text in the wallet bar buttons everywhere in the bot when the **🏷️ Wallet bar labels** toggle in the wallet menu is **ON** (it is by default).

{% hint style="info" %}
Keep labels short — Telegram buttons have limited width, longer labels get truncated.
{% endhint %}

## 📦 Archive / Unarchive a wallet

Archiving parks a wallet: trading and transfers on it are blocked, and its pending orders and automations (TP/SL, limit orders, DCA, copytrading, snipers, X copy) are cancelled, they do not come back on their own. Its funds and its keys stay exactly where they are. Unarchiving lifts the block instantly; recreate the automations you still want.

To archive:

1. Open `💳 Wallet` (or type `/wallet`) and select the wallet you want to archive.
2. Click **📦 Archive**.

To bring it back, open the same wallet and click **👁 Unarchive**.

{% hint style="info" %}
Archiving is refused on your **Preferred wallet** (set another wallet as preferred first) and on your only/last usable wallet, you always need at least one active wallet.
{% endhint %}

## 💸 Withdraw

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-585a90e465c8003468d593e7bd1f9b44cb7d7476%2Fimage%20(88).png?alt=media" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>Wallet menu<br></p></figcaption></figure>

Now click on the **Withdraw** button to start the process.

# Buying Tokens

In this section, we’ll unlock the true potential of Based Bot and show you how to ape into tokens.

**Buy** your first **token**, use the **monitor** to **track** your **position's PnL** and **prepare your exit** with our **automations**.

To buy a token, simply paste contract address, pool address or anything.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-8dba80620e3dc2869c0640cc988a9146d2fb6492%2Fimage%20(93).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Token Monitor</p></figcaption></figure>

From here you have the choice on the amount you want to buy. If the predefined buttons does not suits your needs, you can go in your settings and change the predefined amount. You can also click on "Buy X **ETH** or **SOL**" and enter the amount of **ETH** or **SOL** you want to buy.

## 💥 Price impact

To manage your price impact tolerance, just clicks on the 'Impact' button

## 🧠 Pro Mode

When enabled, Pro Mode skips price impact protection on EVM buys only. With Pro Mode off, the bot estimates average price impact and blocks the buy if it exceeds your Impact setting. With Pro Mode on, the buy proceeds even with high impact. It does not change slippage, gas or routing. Sells and Solana are unaffected. Toggle Pro in the monitor (session-only) or set a default in /settings.

## 📈 Slippage

To manage your buy slippage, just clicks on the 'Slip' button

## Gas fees

To manage your gas fees, click on the **Gas** button to select a predefined option. Or you can customize them by clicking on **Custom**.

## 💸 Buy Buttons/Sell Buttons Config

You can change predefined values on the buy buttons

* Access your settings with **/settings**
* Find "**Buy Buttons**" or "**Sell Buttons**"
* For Sell Buttons, you can also configure additional buttons like **Sell Initials** or **Sell X ETH** from the Monitor settings.
* Remove or add buttons

## ⚡ Quick Buy

If don't want to lose time by clicking and entering the amount you want to buy, you can enable **`quick buy`** in your settings.

* Access your settings with **/settings**
* Find "Quick Buy"
* Click on switch so it says ":white\_check\_mark:**Enabled**"
* Edit the amount

With Quick Buy on, any message you paste or forward that carries a contract address buys it right away, on the chain where the token trades. A text message, or a photo, video, GIF or file with the address in its caption: all of them count.

* A message with several addresses (a wallet, a referral link, several tokens): the bot buys the **first address that is a token**. A call that starts with the caller's wallet address still buys the token carried by its BasedBot link, even when that link is a styled "Buy" hyperlink and however many wallets the call lists before it.
* A message with a contract address next to an X link: the tweet preview is shown, and the quick buy runs on the address written in your message. An X link on its own never buys anything: the card's Monitor button is there for that.
* Quick Buy is per network. A token on a network where Quick Buy is off opens the monitor as usual. After a tweet preview, nothing else is shown in that case: the card's Monitor button opens the token.

## 💎 Shill

The **Shill** button automatically generates a link to share the token along with your referral.\
Example: `https://telegram.me/based_eth_bot?start=r_<referral>_b_<mint>`

* `r_<referral>`: your unique referral code, used to track invited users.
* `b_<mint>`: the token mint address, used to directly promote a specific token.

## 📈 Chart

The **Chart** button opens the token’s chart in a popup window.

## PnL Card

The **PnL Card** button generates a shareable image of your trade performance.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b84548c837f88b5ba8c3ee32b91e7e03463a535f%2Ftelegram-cloud-photo-size-4-5924620786415552937-w.jpg?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Example of a trade report</p></figcaption></figure>

## 🛡 Audit

**Audit** opens a window to automatically analyze the token contract and check for any malicious code.\
This service is provided by our partner, **Serialized Audit**.

## 🖥️ Configure the monitor

You can configure which buttons are shown or hidden on the monitor in your `/settings`

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-dcfcbfbde35a672255e521410a19c87b33a7d969%2Fimage%20(94).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>List of the configurables buttons<br></p></figcaption></figure>

## 🤖 Automations

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e78c297f50b833c1ccd9bd1b326b9a974ff5c219%2Fimage%20(95).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Automation menu on the monitor<br><br></p></figcaption></figure>

You can manage **Take Profit** and **Stop Loss** settings by clicking the respective buttons:

> * **Green** means enabled, **Red** means disabled.
> * The **second button** sets the target percentage — the % gain or loss that will trigger the sell.
> * The **third button** defines the percentage of your position to sell when the trigger is hit.

You can also manage **Auto Dev Sell** (automatically sell when the dev sells):

> * Again, **Green = On**, **Red = Off**.
> * You can also configure the **slippage** used for dev sells.

# Audit

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-d3b699318887dfe13f0e6c99299a76197cbad68d%2FCapture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-04-21%20%C3%A0%2012.19.36.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Click on Audit to conduct an audit of the token.</p></figcaption></figure>

> ℹ️ **Info:** When purchasing a token, BasedBot can provide you with a security analysis of a token by our partner Serialized Labs. The process can take up to 3 minutes.

> ⚠️ **Warning:** Always remember to stay safe when purchasing a token. Be vigilant during transactions and ensure you check for any potential security issues before proceeding.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-5d54d0ab6d567b61497a6a5608142d8df27be481%2Ftoken-audit-interface.png?alt=media" alt="Token-Audit- und Monitor-Schnittstelle" width="375"><figcaption><p>Token-Monitor zeigt Echtzeit-Audit-Metriken wie Burn-, Clogged- und Max-Transaktionsprozentsätze an</p></figcaption></figure>

## 📊 Monitor Display Information

The token monitor now directly displays critical security information without requiring a separate audit:

### 🔥 **Burn Percentage**

Shows the percentage of tokens that have been permanently burned from the total supply. Higher burn percentages can indicate deflationary mechanisms.

### 🛑 **Clogged Percentage**

Displays the percentage of tokens that are locked or restricted from trading. This helps identify potential liquidity issues or honeypot mechanisms.

### ⛏️ **Max Transaction (MaxTx)**

Shows any maximum transaction limits imposed by the token contract. This information helps you understand potential trading restrictions.

These metrics are automatically calculated and displayed in real-time on the token monitor interface, providing immediate visibility into key security factors before making trading decisions.

***

## 💸 Taxes (Buy / Sell / Transfer)

* txTaxBuy: Percentage fee applied by the token contract when you buy the token;
* txTaxSell: Percentage fee applied when you sell the token;
* txTaxTransfer: Percentage fee applied on simple token transfers between wallets;

These taxes are configured at the token-contract level and can change over time; Always review them in the monitor before trading;

# Managing your tokens

Managing your holding positions can be made using **`/manage`** command or by clicking on ":bar\_chart: **Sell & Manage**" on the main menu.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-050c8bad9360fb6b21dfe817756dfa80dbdb8154%2Fimage%20(31).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Manage interface</p></figcaption></figure>

# Managing your orders

Managing your pending orders allows you to set up automated trades that execute when specific conditions are met. This powerful feature helps you trade more efficiently without constantly monitoring the market.

You can access your orders using the **`/orders`** command or by navigating through the main menu.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-72148e4068bff7cc96a2a6e50e6ff2bda27b04b3%2Forders-overview.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Orders overview interface</p></figcaption></figure>

## What are Pending Orders?

Pending orders are automated trading instructions that execute automatically when your specified conditions are met. They allow you to:

* **Set buy orders** at specific price levels
* **Schedule sells** when targets are reached
* **Automate your trading strategy** 24/7
* **Manage multiple positions** simultaneously

## Types of Orders

Based Bot supports several types of pending orders:

### Limit Orders

Set a specific price at which you want to buy or sell a token. The order executes automatically when the market reaches your target price.

### Take Profit / Stop Loss (TP/SL)

* **Take Profit**: Automatically sells your position when it reaches a certain profit percentage
* **Stop Loss**: Protects your capital by selling when losses reach a predefined threshold

### DCA Orders

Dollar Cost Averaging orders that buy tokens at regular intervals, helping you build positions over time while reducing impact of volatility.

### Sniper

Automatically buys tokens the moment a pool is created for a specific address. When you enter a token address that doesn't have a pool yet, you can set up a sniper that will purchase the token instantly when liquidity is added.

### Custom Sniper

Monitors all new token creations and automatically buys tokens that match your specific criteria (name, symbol, deployer address, or launchpad). Perfect for sniping tokens with common patterns without knowing the token address in advance.

### Migration Sniper

Automatically detects when tokens migrate to new pools and executes trades instantly:

* **Migration Buy**: Purchase tokens when they migrate to a new pool for early entry opportunities
* **Migration Sell**: Sell your existing holdings when tokens migrate to help you exit positions during migrations

## Managing Active Orders

When viewing your pending orders, you'll see:

* **Order Type** (Limit, TP/SL, DCA, Sniper, Custom Sniper, Migration Sniper)
* **Token** being traded
* **Target Price** or condition
* **Amount** to trade

Click on any order to:

* **Edit** the parameters
* **Cancel** the order

# Multi-Wallet

Trade and manage multiple wallets using the same Based Bot account. Easily switch between your wallets directly from the menu.

* **W2, W3, W4, W5, etc.** are clickable buttons to switch between your different wallets. There is no limit on the number of wallets you can create.
* The **"All"** button lets you manage all wallets at the same time.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-d90878152e4937e7e477197848f034ecb6cdd995%2FCapture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-04-21%20%C3%A0%2017.20.06.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>A transaction initiated simultaneously by multiple wallets</p></figcaption></figure>

# Language

If you are not confortable with english, you can switch to another langage in menu settings (**/settings**)

Currently, you have five language options available: **English**, **Chinese**, **Turkish**, **German** and **Indonesian**.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-bc82f0e58efa11917e4b9462a7cc1293f09815f2%2Fimage%20(34).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Language section</p></figcaption></figure>

# Settings

Modifying your settings can be done by clicking on ":gear:**Settings**" in main menu or by doing **`/settings`**.

The following window will appear :

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-06c639b4422611ab18ad6ded139e8318cac0dc6e%2Fsettings.png?alt=media" alt="" width="300"><figcaption><p>Window settings</p></figcaption></figure>

You can configure settings for each individual chain — BASE, ETH, BSC, SOL, AVAX, HYPE, ABSTRACT, and TEMPO. There are also global settings that apply across all chains. Let's dive into the details.

{% hint style="info" %}
To edit a setting, click on the value you want to change and follow the bot instructions
{% endhint %}

🔗 **Chains**

Enable or disable chains to declutter your interface. Disabled chains are hidden from the main menu balances, wallet view, bridge, stable swap, orders, automations, and all other selection screens.

* Use `/chains` to quickly access this setting
* You can still trade tokens on a hidden chain by pasting the contract address directly
* All chains are enabled by default

💼 **Prefered Wallet**

Choose your default wallet for all transactions

⏱️ **Auto-Order Template**

A per-chain template of automations that is attached automatically to **every** buy on that chain, manual buys and copytrading buys alike. Eight rows are available on EVM chains: Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing SL, Dev Sell, Limit Buy, Limit Sell, Migration Buy, Migration Sell (Solana has six, no Migration Buy/Sell).

* Path: `/settings` > **Auto-Order Template** > pick the chain > **➕ Add Automation**, then choose the automation and its parameters
* Take Profit, Stop Loss, Trailing SL and Dev Sell trigger off each position's own % move from its own entry, so the same rule applies sensibly to every future buy whatever its valuation
* Limit Buy and Limit Sell rows are different: they carry ONE fixed market-cap target that is applied unchanged to every future buy on that chain, which is rarely useful across different tokens, so a market-cap Limit Buy/Sell is normally set per token instead, on that token's own `⏱️ Orders` > `➕ Add Order` screen
* To stop new automations: same screen > **🗑 Delete All** (or delete a single row). Orders already created stay in `/orders` until you delete them there
* One template per chain, there is no per-target or per-source variant

👁 **Hidden**

The tokens you hid from your positions and portfolio (the **❌** button on a position in `/manage` hides it, it never sells). Tap a token in this list, then **👁 Unhide**, and it is back in `/manage` with its balance.

🕐 **Timezone**\
Set your timezone for displaying times in the bot.

**⏰ Time Format**\
Choose between 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour time format.

🌐 **Language**

Switch the language of the bot.

**🖥️ Monitor**

Configure global buttons display for buy and sell actions. You can customize which buttons appear on the token monitor interface:

* **💸 Buy X**: Show/hide custom buy amount button
* **💰 Sell X%**: Show/hide custom sell percentage button
* **💰 Sell Initials**: Show/hide a button to sell your initial investment amount.
* **💰 Sell X ETH**: Show/hide a button to sell a custom amount of the native token (e.g. ETH, AVAX). You can also configure it to sell a custom amount in USD.
* **💎 Shill**: Show/hide token sharing button
* **📈 Chart**: Show/hide chart button
* **🤑 PnL Card**: Show/hide profit/loss card generator
* **🛡 Audit**: Show/hide security audit button
* **🚀 Gas**: Show/hide gas fee adjustment button
* **📈 Slippage**: Show/hide slippage settings button
* **💥 Price Impact**: Show/hide price impact display
* **🤖 Automations**: Show/hide automation settings (includes the "Add Order" button for limit orders, TP/SL, etc.)
* **⚙️ Settings**: Show/hide quick settings access
* **🔍 Scan**: Show/hide blockchain scanner link
* **📊 DexScreener**: Show/hide DexScreener link
* **𝕏 Search**: Show/hide X (Twitter) search and configure search type (CA only, Ticker only, or ALL)
* **📌 Sticky Monitor**: Show/hide sticky monitor button
* **📟 Compact Trades**: Toggles a compact mode for trades. Transaction messages are deleted after a short time.

{% hint style="warning" %}
This is for advanced traders. You will need to find your transactions in your history.
{% endhint %}

💸 **Buy Buttons**

Set your predefined buy button values when purchasing tokens.

💰 **Sell Buttons**\
Configure sell button settings for token transactions.

🚀 **Gas Fees**

Set your priority fees modifying transaction speeds.

⚡ **Quick Buy**

Toggle instant buying when pasting in a token address or URL.

Tap to edit your predefined Quick Buy amount and set liquidity filters:

* **Amount**: Set the default purchase amount for quick buys
* **Buy with all wallets**: Enable/disable buying with all your wallets simultaneously
* **Min Liquidity**: Set a minimum liquidity threshold - tokens with liquidity below this value will be automatically rejected
* **Max Liquidity**: Set a maximum liquidity threshold - tokens with liquidity above this value will be automatically rejected

The liquidity filters help protect you from:

* Low liquidity tokens that may be difficult to sell
* High liquidity tokens that may have less upside potential

When a quick buy is rejected due to liquidity filters, you'll receive a clear error message explaining why and what the current liquidity is.

📈 **Slippage**

Set your slippage for buy and sell transactions.

This is the difference between expected and actual price that you will accept.

Be careful, only modify if you know what you are doing.

💥 **Price Impact**

Set maximum price impact for buy and sell transactions.

Price impact represents how much value loss you're willing to accept in your trade

As it's normal to lose some value during swaps

🏃 **Dev Sell**

Enable dev sell activated by default on every new trade.

The dev sell feature allows you to automatically sell 100% of your tokens when the dev sells their tokens.

🟢 **Pro Mode**

Pro Mode is for advanced users. When enabled, it removes price impact restrictions, allowing transactions with any price impact. This can also slightly speed up transactions since the bot skips the price impact check before sending. Toggle it from the monitor screen or from settings.

🛡️ **MEV protection** Toggle MEV protection. MEV protection helps protect your transactions from being front-run by bots. Only available on ETH, BASE, and BSC chains.

## Transaction Mode Indicators

When you have MEV protection enabled, your transaction confirmations will show:

* **🛡️** = MEV protection enabled

These emojis will appear after any transaction mode (Manual Buy, CopyTrading Sell, Sniping Buy, etc.) to help you quickly identify which protection features were active for each transaction.

📊 **Take Profit / Stop Loss**

Set default Take Profit and Stop Loss values to be applied automatically on new trades.

You can configure the percentage trigger and the amount to sell.

The sell percentage is based on your **remaining token balance** at the time the order triggers, not on your original buy amount. For example, if your first TP sells 90% of your bag, and you want a second TP to sell the rest, set it to 100% (which means 100% of whatever is left).

🚫 **Blacklist Tokens**

Manage your token and developer blacklists to protect yourself from unwanted transactions.

* **Blacklisted Tokens**: View and manage tokens you've blocked from trading
* **Blacklisted Devs**: View and manage developer addresses you've blocked

When you blacklist a token or developer:

* All buy/sell transactions for blacklisted tokens will be automatically blocked
* All tokens created by blacklisted developers will be blocked from trading
* You'll receive a clear error message explaining why the transaction was blocked

This feature helps protect you from:

* Scam tokens you've previously identified
* Developers with a history of creating rugpulls
* Tokens you want to avoid for personal reasons

To manage your blacklists:

1. Click on either "Blacklisted Tokens" or "Blacklisted Devs"
2. You'll see your current blacklist with options to remove entries
3. Token/dev addresses are automatically added when you encounter suspicious activity

🗑️ **Reset Settings**

Reset all settings for a specific network back to their default values. This is useful if you want to start fresh or if you've made configuration changes that you want to undo.

Be careful, this action cannot be undone and will reset all your custom settings for the selected network.

# Transaction Speed

If you want faster transactions or feel like you're getting outbid by other users, here's what matters:

## Pro Mode

Pro Mode skips the price impact check before sending your transaction, which can slightly speed up buys on EVM chains. It does not change slippage, gas or routing. Enable it from the monitor screen (session-only) or set a default in /settings.

Pro Mode is the first thing to try if you feel like other users are landing before you in the same block.

## Gas Fees on L2 Chains (Base, Arbitrum, etc.)

On Base and most L2 chains, transaction ordering is **first-come-first-served** (FCFS), not gas-price based like Ethereum mainnet. This means:

* Paying 10 GWEI instead of 0.1 GWEI on Base gives you **zero advantage** — you're just burning ETH for nothing.
* Other users who land before you in the block simply had their transaction reach the sequencer faster, not because they paid more gas.
* Setting a high custom gas on L2s is a waste. Use the default gas settings or remove your custom gas override in /settings.

Gas bidding only matters on Ethereum mainnet where miners/validators order transactions by gas price.

## Turbo Mode (Sniping only)

Available on sniper targets only. Turbo skips all safety checks (slippage protection, price impact, gas estimation, transaction simulation, token checks) for maximum speed. Use with caution — this removes all safety nets.

## MEV Protection

MEV protection helps protect your transactions from being front-run by bots. Only available on ETH, BASE, and BSC chains. Toggle it from /settings.

# Multi-Chain

On BasedBot, you can trade tokens across multiple chains, including **Base** 🧢, **BSC** 🌞, **Ethereum Mainnet** 💎, **Solana** 🧬, **Avalanche** 🔺, **HyperEVM** 🧪, **Abstract** ✳️, **Arbitrum** 🧿, **Ink** 🍇, **Story** 📜, **X Layer** 🔲, **Unichain** 🦄, **Plasma** ⚛️, **Monad** 💠, and **MegaETH** Ⓜ️.

Now, there's no need to worry about selecting the right network beforehand — **BasedBot automatically detects the correct chain** for any token you enter. Just paste the token address, and the bot will identify which network it belongs to.

Thanks to the **integrated bridge**, you can seamlessly move between **Base** 🧢, **BSC** 🌞, **Ethereum Mainnet** 💎, **Solana** 🧬, **Avalanche** 🔺, **HyperEVM** 🧪, **Abstract** ✳️, **Arbitrum** 🧿, **Ink** 🍇, **Story** 📜, **X Layer** 🔲, **Unichain** 🦄, **Plasma** ⚛️, **Monad** 💠, and **MegaETH** Ⓜ️ — all directly within the bot — so you can stay focused on trading without leaving the platform.

# Bridge

This section explains how to bridge your currency to another network.

You can access the bridge feature either by clicking "**Bridge**" in the menu or by typing **`/bridge`**.

> ℹ️ **Info:** On the bridge, we optimize the routing to **ensure the lowest possible cost** when bridging.

Once there, you'll be greeted with an interface displaying your currency balances across all supported blockchains.

The supported chains and their respective currencies include:

| Chain       | Currency |
| ----------- | -------- |
| ETH Mainnet | ETH      |
| Base        | ETH      |
| BSC         | BNB      |
| Solana      | SOL      |
| Avalanche   | AVAX     |
| Arbitrum    | ETH      |
| HyperEVM    | HYPE     |
| Abstract    | ETH      |
| Ink         | ETH      |
| Story       | IP       |
| X Layer     | OKB      |
| Unichain    | ETH      |
| Plasma      | XPL      |
| Monad       | MON      |
| MegaETH     | ETH      |
| Tempo       | USDC.e   |
| Robinhood   | ETH      |
| Arc         | USDC     |

> ℹ️ **Info:** A chain can appear in the bridge while our bridge provider is still onboarding it (for example **Arc**). In that case the bot will tell you the route isn't supported by the provider yet — it will be enabled automatically as soon as support goes live.

If you want to bridge **Base ETH** to **BNB** on the **Binance Smart Chain** (**BSC**), start by tapping "**Base**" to select your source chain and funds.

After choosing the source chain and currency, you'll then select your destination chain and currency. In this example, click on "**BSC**."

Next, the bot will prompt you to enter the amount you wish to bridge. Ensure that the amount is greater than the minimum required for the swap.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-d5ec00c9ed5d7668e8691f478d048c7d00747ea1%2Fimage%20(67).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Bridge - 2/3<br>Amount Selection</p></figcaption></figure>

For instance, I typed "0.0045" in the bot chat, indicating I want to swap 0.0045 ETH (Base) for BNB (BSC).

Finally, you'll need to confirm the transaction:

**Review your transaction and click confirm if you want to execute the bridge.**

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-a34e4dadc33b590e085ee1ad644c03adee2ba7ed%2Fimage%20(68).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Bridge - 3/3</p></figcaption></figure>

You can cancel the transaction if it does not suits your needs.

Review the details of the transaction and click "Confirm" to proceed with the bridge. If the terms don't meet your requirements, you can cancel the transaction at this point.

Upon confirmation, the bot will execute several operations, which you can monitor via a progress bar. Once the process is complete, you'll receive a result similar to the image shown.

> ℹ️ **Info:** Keep in mind that when swapping to **BSC**, **AVAX**, **HYPE**, **Story**, **X Layer**, **Plasma**, **Monad** or **Tempo**, the currencies **are not ETH**, so you may experience significant fluctuations in token amounts due to price differences across chains. Note that Abstract, Arbitrum, Ink, Unichain and MegaETH use ETH.

## Bridging stablecoins (USDC, USDT, USDG…)

The bridge moves each chain's **currency from the table above only** — a stablecoin can't be sent through `/bridge` directly. To move stablecoins from one chain to another, use three steps:

1. On the source chain, go to **`/wallet`** > "**🔄 Swap Currency**" and swap your stablecoin to the chain's native currency (e.g. USDC → ETH on Base).
2. Bridge with **`/bridge`** as described above.
3. On the destination chain, go back to **`/wallet`** > "**🔄 Swap Currency**" and swap the native currency into the stablecoin you want to hold (e.g. ETH → USDC on Arbitrum).

> ℹ️ **Info:** Stablecoins differ per chain — for example on **Robinhood** the available stablecoin is **USDG** (it only exists there), so that is what you swap from/to on that chain. On **Tempo** and **Arc** the bridged currency is already a dollar token (see the table), so no extra swap is needed.

# Wallet Monitor

If you enter a wallet address on Based Bot, it will display the wallets statistics and if the wallet has been used.

For example, we ask Based Bot about the wallet *0x81A7...* so here is what we get :

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-67a75705bc74b7bf1843d2f2f5aa7cb37afe620c%2Fimage%20(1)%20(1).png?alt=media" alt="" width="368"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
You can then open the scanners and add copy trading for that wallet
{% endhint %}

# Copy Trading

Copy the strategies of top traders with our Copytrading feature, automatically executing buy and sell orders on your behalf.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-830d7be1ee39339e6d32fa39a5b292e60165c01b%2Fimage.png?alt=media" alt="" width="563"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
/copytrading to open the menu
{% endhint %}

## Overview

Copy trading allows you to automatically replicate trades from selected wallets. The feature is organized into four main categories:

### 🔌 Enable/Disable

Configure copy trading for each supported network (BASE, BNB, ETH, ABSTRACT, SOL, AVAX, HYPE, TEMPO). You can independently enable or disable buying and selling for each network.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c50bc853bfa3db601e42ef6ab8f1a760eeb0ca99%2Fimage%20(1).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 💰 Copy Amount

Set the amount you want to use for copy trades on each network. The amounts are displayed in the native currency of each chain.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-2cbfe6ff50b854eb6de2b41b31e67e61a6281b57%2Fimage%20(2).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### 👨🏻‍💼 Followed Accounts

Manage the wallets you want to copy. You can:

* Add new wallet addresses to follow
* Set custom labels for easy identification
* Remove accounts using the delete mode

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-104a2e59ecd2d2bc1feef69d39a973de5c34141c%2Fimage%20(3).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

### ⚙️ Settings

Advanced configuration options:

* **Slippage**: Set buy and sell slippage percentages.
* **Liquidity Filters** (`Min Liquidity` / `Max Liquidity`): Only copy trades when the **pool liquidity** (in USD) is within this range.
* **Trade Amount Filters** (`Min Trade Amount` / `Max Trade Amount`): These thresholds apply to **the size of the trade made by the wallet you follow**, not to your own buy amount. The bot reads the target wallet's trade in USD and skips it if it's outside the range.\
  *Example: with `Min Trade Amount = $100`, if the followed wallet buys only $50 worth of a token, the bot will not copy it.*
* **Max Buy** (`Max Buy Amount`): A hard ceiling on **your own buy size**, in USD. Unlike the Trade Amount Filters above (which look at the target's trade and **skip** it when out of range), this **caps your buy down to this amount and still executes** — your "max ape size". Buy-only.\
  *Example: with `Max Buy = $500`, if copying a trade would have you spend $6,000, the bot buys $500 worth instead of skipping. You never spend more than the cap.*
* **Percentage Mode**:
  * **Buy %**: your buy amount will be scaled by the **percentage of its own balance** the target wallet spent on the trade.\
    Formula: `your_buy = your_copy_amount × (target_trade_size / target_wallet_balance)` (capped at 100%).\
    *Example: the target wallet has 1 BNB and buys with 0.1 BNB → that's 10% of their balance. If your copy amount is 0.2 BNB and `Buy %` is ON, you will buy `0.2 × 10% = 0.02 BNB`.*
  * **Sell %**: sell the same percentage of tokens (relative to your token balance) as the copied wallet sold of theirs.
* **Exact Amount Mode**:
  * **Buy Exact**: ignore your configured copy amount and buy the **exact native amount** (ETH / BNB / SOL / …) the target wallet spent.
  * **Sell Exact**: sell the **exact same number of tokens** the target wallet sold (capped at your token balance).
  * Note: cannot be enabled at the same time as Percentage Mode.
* **Trade Once**: Once the bot has successfully copied a trade from a followed wallet, that wallet is **removed from your followed list** (auto-unfollow).\
  Behaviour depends on which sides are enabled for the network:
  * **Buy + Sell enabled**: the bot copies the first BUY, keeps the wallet so it can copy the matching SELL, then removes the wallet after the SELL. You get one full buy → sell cycle.
  * **Buy only**: the wallet is removed right after the first BUY.
  * **Sell only**: the wallet is removed right after the first SELL.
* **Trade Once Per Token**: only copy one trade per token, across all the wallets you follow — whether several targets buy the same token or one target keeps adding to their position, you only buy it once.
* **Skip Trade Once (Sell)** (default ON): when ON, sells are always copied even if Trade Once Per Token has already marked this token as "already traded". This lets you exit a position when the target sells, while still preventing duplicate buys.
* **Skip Min/Max (Sell)** / **Skip Liq Check (Sell)** / **Skip Mcap Check (Sell)**: when ON, the corresponding filter is **not applied to sells** — useful to make sure you can always exit a position even if it no longer matches the filters.
* **Delay (ms)**: add a delay in milliseconds before executing the copy trade. Disabled by default. Useful if you want to wait before entering a position (e.g. `2000` for a 2-second delay).

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-54347cc84c2b47cd242fe94ffc4a8d49fdf25b4b%2Fimage%20(98).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption></figcaption></figure>

## Quick Start Guide

1. Use `/copytrading` to open the menu
2. Select **Enable/Disable** and choose which networks to activate
3. Go to **Copy Amount** and set your desired amounts for each network
4. Navigate to **Followed Accounts** and add wallet addresses you want to copy
5. (Optional) Configure advanced settings in the **Settings** menu

## Notifications

When a copy trade is executed, you'll receive a notification with:

* The copied wallet address (or label if set)
* Transaction details
* Network information

## Tips

* Use labels to easily identify which trader you're copying
* Set liquidity filters to avoid low-liquidity tokens
* Use trade amount filters to only copy trades within your budget
* Enable percentage mode for proportional trading, or exact mode to mirror the copied wallet's amounts
* Use "Trade Once Per Token" to avoid accumulating the same token multiple times
* Monitor your followed accounts regularly and adjust based on performance

# Take Profit / Stop Loss

Easily automate your trading with Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL) orders on Based Bot. This lets you automatically sell part or all of your position when certain price levels are reached.

### How to set it up <a href="#how-to-set-it-up" id="how-to-set-it-up"></a>

1. **Open the Bot & Go to Your Holdings** In the token monitor section of the bot, select the token you want to manage. You’ll see a screen like this:

   <figure><img src="https://docs.basedbot.app/~gitbook/image?url=https%3A%2F%2F116868886-files.gitbook.io%2F%7E%2Ffiles%2Fv0%2Fb%2Fgitbook-x-prod.appspot.com%2Fo%2Fspaces%252FbscGELDt5AqzwVLuvC78%252Fuploads%252FC2OEhkbzSe3Hf6MiTEkY%252Fimage.png%3Falt%3Dmedia%26token%3D07936f02-6f68-4b22-9b96-61f938643379&#x26;width=768&#x26;dpr=4&#x26;quality=100&#x26;sign=7ba8ec3&#x26;sv=2" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Token monitor</p></figcaption></figure>
2. **Set Your Trigger Percentage** Adjust the **%** at which the TP/SL should trigger. For example:
   * TP at +50% will sell if the price goes 50% above your buy price.
   * SL at -30% will sell if the price drops 30% below your buy price.
3. **Choose How Much to Sell** The last button lets you define **how much of your bag** you want to sell when TP/SL is triggered.
   * Default is **100%** of your position
   * You can reduce it if you only want to sell a part of your bag.

## 🪝 Trailing Stop Loss

The **Trailing Stop Loss** is a dynamic stop loss that automatically adjusts as the token price increases. Instead of selling at a fixed loss percentage from your entry, it "trails" the highest price reached and triggers a sell when the price drops by a set percentage from that peak.

### How it works

1. **Set your trailing percentage** – For example, 20% trailing.
2. **Price goes up** – As the token price rises, the trailing stop follows it up.
3. **Price drops** – If the price falls 20% from its highest point, the bot automatically sells.

### Example

* You buy a token at $1.00 with a 20% trailing stop.
* The price rises to $2.00 – your trailing stop is now at $1.60 (20% below peak).
* The price drops to $1.60 – the bot sells, locking in 60% profit instead of breaking even.

> 💡 **Tip:** Trailing Stop Loss is perfect for volatile tokens where you want to ride the momentum while protecting your gains.

# Dev Sell

The dev sell feature allows you to automatically sell 100% of your tokens when the dev sells their tokens. This protects you from quitting devs that will leave you with only crumbs.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-1d8a4fe37ce5912489fc14f06050c602e4d86ad0%2FCapture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-04-21%20%C3%A0%2012.47.12.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Dev Sell is activated for "Base is for everyone"</p></figcaption></figure>

{% hint style="info" %}
🔴 = DevSell is deactivated\
🟢 = DevSell is activated
{% endhint %}

🏃**DEV SELL BY DEFAULT** 🏃 : Tap to enable the dev sell feature activated by default on every **new trade**. To enable this function, go your `/settings` and look for this line :

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c077db0c9a82b2d67d44589e57fafedb40802675%2Fimage%20(23).png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Dev Sell Enabled</p></figcaption></figure>

# Limit Orders

Limit Orders allow you to automatically buy or sell tokens when they reach a specific market cap threshold. This automation helps you execute trades at your desired price levels without constantly monitoring the market.

## 📋 How It Works

**Limit Buy Orders**: Automatically purchase tokens when the market cap falls to or below your specified target.

**Limit Sell Orders**: Automatically sell your token position when the market cap rises to or above your specified target.

## 🎯 Setting Up Limit Orders

1. Open the token (paste its address or tap it in /manage)
2. Click **"⏱️ Orders"**, then **"➕ Add Order"**
3. Select either:
   * **"⬆️ Limit Buy"** - Buy when market cap drops to your target
   * **"⬇️ Limit Sell"** - Sell when market cap rises to your target

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-8e631e491ae043d9c0fab08cfb86fc6cf4efc29a%2Flimit-orders-interface.png?alt=media" alt="Limit Orders Interface" width="375"><figcaption><p>Limit Orders configuration showing Limit BUY and Limit SELL options with market cap targets</p></figcaption></figure>

## ⚙️ Configuration Options

**Market Cap Target**: Set the specific market cap that will trigger the order

**Amount**:

* For buy orders: Amount in native currency (ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.)
* For sell orders: Percentage of your current token holdings (1-100%)

**Wallet Selection**: Choose which wallets to execute the limit order from

## 🔄 How Execution Works

The bot continuously monitors token prices and market caps. When your specified conditions are met:

1. The limit order is automatically triggered
2. The trade is executed using your configured amount
3. You receive a notification about the successful execution
4. The limit order is removed after execution

# Sniper

Snipe tokens the moment a pool is created for a specific address. (Only on EVM)

When you enter a token address, if no pool is found but a token exists at that address, you can set up a sniper. The sniper will automatically buy the token as soon as a pool is created, using the amount you specified. You can manage your targets under `/sniper`

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-3896813189c7d560181f4e983a9c2b0175a22375%2FCapture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-04-21%20%C3%A0%2015.45.02.png?alt=media" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>The sniper starts monitoring after you enter a token that doesn't have a pool yet</p></figcaption></figure>

After that, just define the amount to snipe with.\\

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-4a9009f35d14ab249a7f4a0021b941b988cc9bb6%2FCapture%20d%E2%80%99%C3%A9cran%202025-04-21%20%C3%A0%2015.49.26.png?alt=media" alt="" width="563"><figcaption><p>The amount has been set<br></p></figcaption></figure>

**Then, you can configure a few settings:**

* ❌ **Remove Sniper Target** – Stops sniping this token.
* 💧 **Min Liquidity** – Set the minimum liquidity required before sniping.
* ⚡ **Turbo** – Speeds up sniping by skipping slippage protection, price impact checks, gas estimation (uses max gas), transaction simulation, and token name/symbol/liquidity checks. ⚠️ *Use with caution: this removes safety checks for maximum speed.*
* 📉 **Slippage** – Set the maximum slippage allowed for the transaction.

# Custom Sniper

Set up a custom sniper to automatically buy tokens that match your specific criteria, like name, symbol, or deployer.

The Custom Sniper is a powerful feature that allows you to automatically snipe newly created tokens that match a set of custom rules you define. Unlike the regular sniper that targets a single token address, the Custom Sniper monitors all new token creations and acts on the ones that fit your criteria.

This is particularly useful for sniping tokens with common patterns, from specific developers, or on certain launchpads, without knowing the token address in advance.

### How to Create a Custom Sniper

You can create and manage your Custom Sniper targets via the `/sniper` menu.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-432357ed3a522b0f97c5f638b6bc246a999f4d5e%2Fcustom.png?alt=media" alt="Custom Sniper Configuration Interface" width="375"><figcaption><p>Custom Sniper configuration interface showing all available filters and settings</p></figcaption></figure>

### Custom Sniper Filters

You can configure your Custom Sniper with the following parameters to precisely target the tokens you want to snipe:

* **🏷️ Name/Symbol:** Define a text pattern to match against the token's name or symbol. For example, using "PEPE" would snipe any new token containing "PEPE" in its name or symbol.
* **🏭 Factory Sources:** Select the DEXs or launchpads where you want to snipe tokens from (e.g., Uniswap v2, PancakeSwap).
* **🔗 Chains:** Choose the blockchain networks you want the sniper to be active on. You can select multiple chains.
* **✍️ Creators:** Specify a list of deployer addresses. The sniper will only buy tokens created by these addresses.
* **💰 Buy Amount:** Set the amount you want to spend on the snipe. You can specify amounts for each chain's native currency (e.g., ETH, BNB).
* **👛 Wallets:** Select which of your wallets will be used for sniping.
* **⏱️ Delay (ms):** Add a delay in milliseconds before executing the snipe. Disabled by default. Useful if you want to wait before entering a position (e.g. 2000 for a 2-second delay).

### Example Configuration

Here is an example of a Custom Sniper configuration:

* **Name/Symbol:** "DOG"
* **Chains:** Base, Ethereum
* **Factory Sources:** Uniswap v2, Uniswap v3
* **Buy Amount (BASE):** 0.1
* **Buy Amount (ETH):** 0.05

With this setup, your bot will automatically buy any new token on Base or Ethereum that is launched on Uniswap v2 or v3 and has "DOG" in its name or symbol, spending 0.1 BASE or 0.05 ETH respectively.

# Migration Sniper

Migration Sniper automatically detects when tokens migrate to new pools and executes trades instantly. This automation ensures you can capitalize on token migrations without manual monitoring, whether you want to buy into new opportunities or exit existing positions.

## 📋 How It Works

**Migration Buy**: Automatically purchase tokens when they migrate to a new pool, allowing you to get early positions in newly migrated tokens.

**Migration Sell**: Automatically sell your existing token holdings when they migrate to a new pool, helping you exit positions during migrations.

## 🎯 Setting Up Migration Sniper

1. Open the token (paste its address or tap it in /manage)
2. Click **"⏱️ Orders"**, then **"➕ Add Order"**
3. Select either:
   * **"Migration Buy"** - Buy tokens when they migrate to a new pool
   * **"Migration Sell"** - Sell tokens when they migrate to a new pool

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-daa66492ebf6a8bc4153cc1ee0e3f0199ae41fd3%2Fmigration-sniper-interface.png?alt=media" alt="Migration Sniper Interface" width="375"><figcaption><p>Migration Sniper configuration showing Migration BUY and Migration SELL options</p></figcaption></figure>

## ⚙️ Configuration Options

**Amount**:

* For migration buy: Amount in native currency (ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.) to spend on the migrated token
* For migration sell: Percentage of your current token holdings to sell (1-100%)

**Wallet Selection**: Choose which wallets to execute the migration sniper from

## 🔄 Migration Detection Process

The bot continuously monitors blockchain events for token migrations:

1. **Pool Migration Event Detected**: The system identifies when a token's liquidity moves to a new pool
2. **New Pool Validation**: The bot verifies the new pool and ensures it's legitimate
3. **Instant Execution**: Your configured trade is executed immediately on the new pool
4. **Notification Sent**: You receive an alert about the successful migration trade

## 💡 Use Cases

* **Early Migration Entry**: Buy tokens immediately when they migrate to potentially better pools
* **Migration Exit Strategy**: Automatically sell positions when tokens migrate to new pools
* **Opportunity Capture**: Get into tokens at the earliest moment of their migration

## ⚠️ Important Notes

* Migration events are automatically detected by monitoring blockchain activity
* For migration sells, you must hold tokens in the selected wallet(s)
* Each executed trade incurs network gas fees
* Migration sniper orders are single-use and removed after execution
* The system validates new pools before executing trades to ensure legitimacy

# Social Copytrading

Auto-buy tokens posted by accounts on X (Twitter), Zora, or Warpcast.

You can choose to follow specific users on **X (Twitter)**, **Zora**, or **Warpcast** — if they **post a token**, Based Bot will detect it and **automatically buy** it using your predefined amount. You can acces this menu with `/automations`

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-130d2e0d9267e33ad48ccd509df05db77109e872%2Fimage%20(97).png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>The social copytrading menu</p></figcaption></figure>

💰 **Copy amount**

Select the amount you wish to invest each time.

On different chains (ETH, BNB, SOL) you can set different amounts.

👨‍💼 **Followed Users**

Add the accounts you want to follow from **X (Twitter)**, **Zora**, or **Warpcast**. We'll automatically fetch their details from all supported platforms.

## 🔍 Multi-Platform Account Detection

When you enter a username, Based Bot automatically searches across **all supported platforms** (X, Zora, and Warpcast) to find matching accounts. If multiple accounts are found across different platforms, you'll see a selection interface:

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-9abab9cf5c24315e6e41e1571f9aa6bbb9fb68be%2Fmulti-platform-selection.png?alt=media" alt="Multi-platform account selection interface" width="375"><figcaption><p>Multi-platform account selection showing accounts found across X, Zora, and Warpcast</p></figcaption></figure>

**🔍 Multiple accounts found**

* The bot will display all discovered accounts across platforms
* Each platform shows with its distinctive icon (𝕏 for Twitter, 🟣 for Warpcast, 🔮 for Zora)
* You can select which specific accounts to follow by checking the boxes
* ⚠️ **Account Status Alerts**: The bot will warn you if accounts appear to be deleted or inactive (e.g., "Warpcast account have been probably deleted")

**Selection Process:**

1. **Review all found accounts** - Check which platforms the user is active on
2. **Select desired accounts** - Choose which specific accounts to follow (you can select multiple)
3. **Confirm selection** - Click "✅ Confirm selection" to add them to your follow list
4. **Cancel if needed** - Use "❌ Cancel" to abort the process

This ensures you're following the exact accounts you want across all platforms, giving you comprehensive coverage of your target users' token posts.

## Getting Started

1. Go to [basedbot.app](https://basedbot.app).
2. Click **Login** and authenticate via Telegram using the one-time code.
3. Your wallet is the same one you use in the BasedBot Telegram bot -- no separate setup required.
4. Select your chain, deposit funds, and start trading.

# Login & Authentication

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-e45c0bdd280aee0562c8e99080d3d4eaac6f0688%2Fwebapp-login.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Login — connect with BasedBot via Telegram OTP</p></figcaption></figure>

## Two ways to sign in

**Connect Wallet**: connect MetaMask, Rabby, Phantom or another wallet and sign a message, no password. The first time a wallet connects it creates a **new** web app account for that wallet.

**Connect with Telegram**: the web app opens a login link to the BasedBot bot in Telegram; tap it there and you are signed in instantly, or copy the one-time code the bot shows and paste it on the web app. Opening the web app from inside Telegram as a Mini App can sign you in automatically the same way. Either path signs you into the account tied to that Telegram id, creating one if it doesn't exist yet.

## Web App account and Telegram bot account are separate

Connecting a wallet and connecting with Telegram do not create or use the same account, and there is no feature that merges them. A web app account made by connecting a wallet stays a different account from a Telegram bot account, even for the same person.

The only continuity between them is a wallet's private key: export it from one account and import it into the other to trade the same wallet on both. Settings, referral code and cashback tier are per account and do not carry over.

## Link a device

To use the same web app account on a new browser or phone: on a device where you're already signed in, open the profile menu > **Link a device** to get a QR code (or a one-time text code). Scan it with the new device, or on the new device's login page choose the login-code option and paste the code there. This adds the new device to your existing account, it never merges two different accounts.

## Session Persistence

Once logged in, your session persists across browser tabs and page reloads. You do not need to re-authenticate each time you visit the app.

## Security Notes

* No passwords are stored on the web app: wallet signatures and Telegram OTP are the only credentials.
* Always access the web app at the official URL: [basedbot.app](https://basedbot.app).

The BasedBot Web App interface is divided into a persistent header at the top, a bottom bar with quick actions, and a main content area that changes based on the active page.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-5a88d305ba3b47635b5e3b3a2a3b966e122c99fa%2Fwebapp-discover.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Web app interface overview</p></figcaption></figure>

# Discover

The Discover page is the main token exploration hub. It presents a sortable, filterable table of tokens across all supported chains, making it easy to find trading opportunities.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-5a88d305ba3b47635b5e3b3a2a3b966e122c99fa%2Fwebapp-discover.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Discover — token discovery table</p></figcaption></figure>

## Token Table

Each row in the table displays key token information:

* Token name, symbol, and chain
* Price and price change (by selected timeframe)
* Market cap
* 24h volume
* Liquidity

# Pulse

Pulse is a real-time token feed that surfaces new and trending tokens as they appear on supported chains. It is designed for traders who want to catch tokens early.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-d01cb4483e32f533981b6e68975f1590a382a59b%2Fwebapp-pulse.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Pulse — real-time token feed</p></figcaption></figure>

## Live Feed

The Pulse page displays a continuously updating stream of tokens, including:

* **New launches** -- tokens that just deployed or started trading
* **Trending tokens** -- tokens gaining volume and momentum
* **Bonding curve tokens** -- tokens still in their bonding curve phase, shown with a progress indicator displaying how far along the curve they are

Each card in the feed shows the token name, chain, age, price, market cap, and volume.

## Quick Buy

Every token in the Pulse feed has a Quick Buy button, allowing you to enter a position immediately using your default buy settings for the active chain.

## Chain Filter

Use the chain filter at the top of the page to focus on tokens from a specific chain, or view all chains at once.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-9650d12f81a1f0d954a3b14649d6afce22a16fa5%2Fwebapp-portfolio-calendar.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>PnL calendar view with daily profit and loss</p></figcaption></figure>

## Wallets Panel

Open the Wallets panel from the Portfolio page to manage your wallets: create a new one or import an existing one with **Import**.

Tap a wallet to open its drawer:

* **Export Key**: reveal that wallet's private key
* **Archive** / **Unarchive**: block or resume trading and transfers on that wallet; archiving also cancels its pending orders and automations (funds and keys are untouched, recreate the automations after unarchiving)
* **Delete wallet**

**Archive** is hidden when your account only has one visible wallet, and on your Preferred wallet. Add another wallet or change your Preferred wallet first.

The checkbox next to each wallet in the Wallets list is a positions filter only: it controls which wallets' positions show in the table below, it does not archive or hide the wallet itself.

# Multichart

The Multichart page lets you monitor up to 9 tokens simultaneously on a single screen. It is ideal for keeping an eye on multiple positions or watchlist tokens without switching between pages.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-720bbb901723c888f5e1e093a0fbfa2103d3bc5a%2Fwebapp-multichart.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Multichart — monitoring multiple tokens</p></figcaption></figure>

## Layout

Tokens are displayed in a grid of tiles. Each tile contains:

* A mini TradingView chart
* Token name and symbol
* Current price and price change
* Key metrics (market cap, volume)
* A Quick Buy button

## Managing Tokens

* **Add a token** -- click the "+" tile or use the search to add a token to the grid
* **Remove a token** -- click the close button on any tile to remove it from the grid
* **Reorder** -- drag and drop tiles to arrange them in your preferred layout

## Quick Trading

Each tile includes a Quick Buy button so you can enter a position directly from the multichart view using your default buy settings for the active chain.

# Trackers

The Trackers page combines two tracking tools side by side: a **Wallet Tracker** for following on-chain wallet activity and an **X Tracker** for monitoring tweets from crypto influencers. Together, they surface trading opportunities from both on-chain and social signals.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-cdf04a07b0404a9b7deb246b4572a0b56107e82e%2Fwebapp-trackers.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Trackers — wallet tracker and X tracker in split view</p></figcaption></figure>

## Layout

Three layout buttons in the top-right corner control how the two panels are displayed:

* **Expand Wallet Tracker** -- full-width wallet tracker only
* **Split View** -- wallet tracker on the left, X tracker on the right (default)
* **Expand X Tracker** -- full-width X tracker only

## Wallets Tab

Manage your list of tracked wallets:

* View all tracked wallets with their nickname, emoji, and address
* **Add a wallet** -- click the add button, paste the wallet address, set a nickname, and assign an emoji for quick identification
* **Edit** -- update the nickname or emoji of an existing tracked wallet
* **Delete** -- remove a wallet from your tracker list
* **Import / Export** -- bulk import or export your wallet list

## Live Trades Tab

A real-time feed showing every trade made by your tracked wallets:

* Token bought or sold
* Amount and price
* Wallet nickname and emoji
* Time of transaction
* Click any trade to open the token page

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-ef5a51f44b93873b9c1b61010d6b9b324c057945%2Fwebapp-trackers-live.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Live trades feed from tracked wallets</p></figcaption></figure>

## Monitor Tab

The Monitor tab combines signals from your tracked wallets with X (Twitter) tracking to surface tokens that multiple tracked wallets or influencers are interacting with.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-8e87fb801afc74f34d495f451fb7695b8d239880%2Fwebapp-trackers-monitor.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>Monitor tab showing combined wallet and social signals</p></figcaption></figure>

## X Tracker

The X Tracker panel displays a live feed of tweets from your tracked X (Twitter) handles. Use it to catch token mentions and contract addresses shared by influencers.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-84ec781b359a1e1a13ac6ac003949413e1b461ef%2Fwebapp-x-tracker.png?alt=media" alt=""><figcaption><p>X Tracker — live tweet feed with token mentions</p></figcaption></figure>

* **Followed** -- show tweets only from handles you follow
* **All** -- show all tweets
* **Only Replies** -- filter to replies only
* **Only CA** -- show only tweets that contain a contract address
* **Manage** -- add or remove tracked X handles

## Settings Tab

The Settings tab lets you configure notifications for both trackers independently.

### Wallet Tracker Settings

* **Toast alerts** -- toggle on-screen notifications for tracked wallet trades
* **Sound** -- enable sound alerts and choose from preset sounds (Drop, Tap, Chime, Ping, Pop, Radar, Bell, Sonar, Tracker, Chirp, Faah) or upload a custom sound
* **Chains** -- select which chains to monitor (applied to every tracked wallet in scope)
* **Alert types** -- filter by Buy, Sell, or Creation events (applied to every tracked wallet in scope)
* **Min trade amount** -- set a minimum USD value to filter out small trades (applied to every tracked wallet in scope)
* Telegram alerts (N/M) -- one switch for EVERY tracked wallet, no need to edit them one by one. N is how many wallets currently have Telegram alerts on, M is how many wallets are in scope. It reads ON only when all of them are on: with a mix (say 1/698), tap once to switch all ON, tap again to switch all OFF.
* Follow receiver (N/M) -- the same bulk switch for buys delivered to a wallet by a Relay solver without its signature. Enabling shows the spoofing warning once for the whole set, disabling is immediate.
* **Profile pictures** -- show a tracked wallet's X / ENS profile picture instead of its emoji wherever it appears

The Telegram alerts switch in the Settings tab applies to every tracked wallet in scope, and the Follow receiver switch in the Settings tab applies to every tracked wallet in scope too. Scope: the same card inside a folder's panel (Trackers > Wallets) applies to that folder only, and the Wallets tab has a bulk-select mode to edit a hand-picked set of wallets together. The Telegram bot's /tracker > Edit changes one wallet at a time: the web app is where you change them all.

### X Tracker Settings

* **Toast alerts** -- toggle on-screen notifications for new tweets
* **Sound** -- enable sound alerts for new tweets

## Notifications

When an alert triggers, you receive a notification via Telegram from the BasedBot bot. The notification includes the token name, chain, alert type, and current price.

## Managing Alerts

Click the bell icon in the bottom bar to open the alerts management panel. From here you can:

* View all active alerts across all tokens

# Settings

The Settings page lets you configure trading parameters, display preferences, and per-chain defaults. Access it from the account menu in the header.

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-b9c40053a0e6bde3fc82db0b3efad99585474418%2Fwebapp-settings.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Trading Settings panel</p></figcaption></figure>

## Per-Chain Configuration

Settings are configured independently for each chain. Select a chain at the top of the settings page to configure its specific parameters.

## Trading Settings

### Base Currency

Choose the default currency for buy orders on the selected chain:

* **Native token** (ETH, BNB, SOL, etc.)
* **USDC**
* **USDT**

### Buy Button Presets

Configure 3 preset amounts for the quick buy buttons in the trading panel. For example: 0.01 ETH, 0.05 ETH, 0.1 ETH.

### Sell Button Presets

Configure 3 preset percentages for the quick sell buttons. For example: 25%, 50%, 100%.

### Slippage

Set default slippage tolerance separately for buy and sell orders. Higher slippage increases the chance of execution but may result in worse prices.

### Priority Fee

Control transaction speed by setting the priority fee:

| Level      | Description                                |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------ |
| **Low** | Lowest fee, slower execution |
| **Medium** | Balanced fee and speed |
| **High** | Higher fee, faster execution |
| **Max**    | Maximum priority for time-sensitive trades |
| **Custom** | Enter a specific gwei value                |

### MEV Protection

Toggle MEV protection on or off. When enabled, your transactions are routed through private mempools to prevent sandwich attacks. Available on EVM chains.

### Max Price Impact

Set the maximum acceptable price impact for your trades. Orders that would exceed this threshold are blocked to protect you from excessive slippage on low-liquidity tokens.

## Hidden Tokens

Manage tokens you have hidden from your portfolio view. Hidden tokens do not appear in your positions list but can be unhidden at any time.

## Appearance

### Theme

Choose from 11 built-in theme presets. Access the theme selector from the bottom bar:

* **Based Dark** -- default dark theme with teal accents
* **Based Light** -- light theme
* **Axiom** -- dark theme with blue accents
* **GMGN** -- dark theme with green accents
* **DexScreener** -- dark theme inspired by DexScreener
* **Dusk** -- dark purple theme
* **Astro** -- dark emerald/green theme
* **Neo** -- dark cyan theme
* **Crimson** -- dark red theme
* **Stealth Blue** -- dark blue theme
* **Orange** -- dark amber/orange theme

### Theme Customizer

Access the theme customizer from the bottom bar to fine-tune individual colors (background, accent, buy/sell, candles, etc.) and font beyond the base preset.

1. Click the **Deposit** button in the header.
2. Select the chain you want to deposit to.
3. Copy your wallet address or scan the QR code with your external wallet.
4. Send funds from your external wallet to the displayed address.

Your balance updates automatically once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.

## Bridge

<figure><img src="https://3562303282-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FE5bUac2iI3Ns1M4sRzbQ%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-c461ef3d9ff23fe688742b9fa35e19f4f41cc4fa%2Fwebapp-bridge.png?alt=media" alt="" width="375"><figcaption><p>Bridge — transfer between chains</p></figcaption></figure>

Transfer assets between supported EVM chains without leaving the app:

1. Open the Bridge tab in the deposit panel.
2. Select the **source chain** and **destination chain**.
3. Enter the amount to bridge.
4. Review the quote (estimated output, fees, and estimated time).
5. Confirm the bridge transaction.

### Supported Routes

Bridging is available between all supported EVM chains:

Ethereum, Base, BSC, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Blast, Fantom, Linea, Optimism, Polygon, Scroll, Sonic, and MegaETH.

### Bridge Status Tracking

After initiating a bridge, you can track its progress directly in the app. The status updates as the transaction moves through the bridging process until funds arrive on the destination chain.

## Swap

The Swap tab allows you to exchange tokens on the same chain. Common swap pairs include:

| Pair         | Description                               |
| ------------ | ----------------------------------------- |
| ETH <-> USDC | Swap between ETH and USDC on Ethereum/L2s |
| BNB <-> USDC | Swap between BNB and USDC on BSC |
| SOL <-> USDC | Swap between SOL and USDC on Solana |

Select the tokens, enter the amount, and confirm the swap. The transaction executes at the best available rate through supported DEXes.

# Multi-Chain Support

BasedBot Web App supports 15 blockchain networks, giving you access to tokens and trading across the broadest range of chains from a single interface.

## Chain Selector

Switch chains using the chain selector in the header. The selected chain determines:

* Which tokens appear in Discover and Pulse
* Which wallet balance is displayed
* Which trading settings are used
* Which DEXes are available for routing

## Per-Chain Settings

Each chain has its own independent configuration for:

* Base currency (native token, USDC, or USDT)
* Buy and sell button presets
* Slippage tolerance
* Priority fee levels
* MEV protection

Configure these in the [Settings](/web-app/webapp/settings) page.
